When to Get in Touch

You may contact me if your situation relates to one of my practice areas:

International family disputes
Divorce, children, child support, division of property, inheritance, where the case is connected to more than one country: residence of the parties abroad, foreign documents, property in another country, recognition or enforcement of judgments.

Access to archives and rehabilitation
Obtaining archival documents, disputes with archives, refusals to provide access to files, rehabilitation of victims of political repression.

Complaints to international bodies
Applications to UN bodies and other international human rights mechanisms.

Disputes with state authorities
Challenging decisions, actions or inaction of state authorities, complex administrative and public-law disputes.
How the Initial Request Works
Please briefly describe your situation using the form below.

The initial message is not a legal consultation. Based on your brief description, I will be able to determine whether the matter falls within my practice and suggest an appropriate format of work:

  • consultation — if the issue can be discussed orally;
  • preliminary document review — if the materials need to be examined before a consultation;
  • case support — if the matter requires document preparation, strategy or representation.

I do not provide legal opinions based on an initial message and do not contact third parties without an agreement.
Fees

The fee depends on the type of matter, the volume of documents, urgency and whether the case has an international element.

In some cases, a consultation is sufficient. In more complex matters, the work begins with a preliminary review of documents and an assessment of possible strategy.

The scope and fee are agreed before any legal work begins.
