After the liquidation of the Memorial Human Rights Centre and International Memorial, other leading Russian organisations received liquidation claims, including the Moscow Helsinki Group, the Sakharov Centre, and the SOVA Center.
The Ministry of Justice and the Prosecutor’s Office argued that these organisations had held several events outside the region where they were registered.
